Oatmeal cookies

The ingredients:

1) oatmeal: three cups
2) baking soda: 3/4 teaspoon
3) butter: 3/4 cup at room temperature
4) brown sugar: 3/4 cup
5) sugar: 1/2 cup
6) cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
7) vanilla: 2 teaspoons
8) white flour: 3/4 cup
9) 1 egg

Not shown on the picture: 2 teaspoons water + raisins or chocolate chips

Preparation:

In a large bowl, beat cream butter, sugars, egg, water and vanilla.


In another smaller bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and cinnamon.

Join the two parts in large bowl and beat well until thoroughly mixed.


Add the oats.

Optional step: add the raisins or chocolate chips.

Make small balls (about 40-45, more or less) and place on greased and lightly floured baking sheets.

Bake at 350 F (180 C) for twelve to fifteen minutes.
