Polenta-en

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup polenta powder
2) a liter of water
3) a little olive oil, for greasing
4) two cloves garlic, minced
5) 50 g grated parmesan cheese
6) 50 g butter, cubed
7) two teaspoons of salt
8) pepper to taste

Preparation:

Heat the water in a saucepan and when boiling add the salt. Add the polenta and stir well to avoid lumps forming.
Cook for five minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Stir well until thoroughly smooth.
Pour into a glass baking dish of 23 x 30 cm.

Cooling:

Let cool for about an hour.

Turn over the baking dish onto a clean, flat surface.

Cut into small
triangular portions for baking.

Carefully transfer the triangles to a grilling pan and bake
on each side for ten or fifteen minutes.

Et voila! A delicious homemade polenta is ready!
