Chocolate mousse



Ingredients:

1) vanilla extract
2) condensed milk
3) heavy cream
4) milk
5) sugar
6) eggs
7) chocolate
8) wafer biscuits
9) cherry

The recipe:

Ingredients:

Group 1:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
the same measure of milk
½ can of cream
4 egg yolks
drops of vanilla essence

Group 2:

4 wafer biscuits chopped
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup of milk

Group 3:

4 egg whites
4 teaspoons sugar
½ can of milk cream

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a group 1 and cook on moderate. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, and transfer to an ovenproof dish.
2. Mix all ingredients in group 2 and spread over the cream.
3. Beat the egg whites with sugar. Mix with the cream and pour into baking dish. Refrigerate until the time to serve.
4. Garnish as your imagination dictates.
