Dried tomato bread

Ingredients:

1) 1 egg
2) 250ml milk
3) 40g dried tomatoes, sliced
4) 25g grated parmesan cheese
5) 60g pitted black olives
6) 125g grated cheddar cheese *
7) 30g butter
8) 50g of almonds, cut in half
9) 250g flour
* 40g grated cheddar additional for sprinkling

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place waxed paper in a baking dish of 25 x 13 cm.

Mix flour, cheese and almonds in a bowl and make a hole in the center.

Combine milk, eggs, butter, olives and dried tomatoes in another bowl.

Stir this mixture, add to the other and stir until dough is slightly sticky.

Put the dough in the baking dish. Smooth the surface and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 45 minutes.

Let cool slightly in the baking dish.

Then take cake from baking dish and let cool further.

Cut the cake into slices.

Grill for five to ten minutes each side.

Serve!
